We hope our patients to enjoy the festive season and all of its treats  but would also encourage you to keep the following hints in mind –

Watch the wine – red wine is known for staining teeth!

Occasionally replace pies and brownies with vegies – vegies are great treats for your teeth!

Avoid hard candies and pork crackling – your teeth will thank you for it!

Keep up your water intake – this will reduce the acid attacks on your teeth!
