John Street Dental would like to welcome our fabulous new Dentist,  Dr Tejal Kothari, to our Team.

Dr Tejal graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from James Cook University in Towsville.  Since graduating, she has gained experience at several public and private clinics.

Tejal also acquired invaluable experience in Sri Lanka during her time at the University of Peradeniya where she shadowed various dental specialists, volunteered performing oral cancer screenings and assisted educating school children about their oral health.

Although Tejal enjoys all aspects of dentistry, she particularly thrives in providing patient-focused treatment with a holistic approach to ensure a positive dental experience to all age groups.

When she isn’t working hard in dentistry, Tejal enjoys travelling (though not at the moment!), yoga and cooking.
